Proposed Analysis:	We hope to pinpoint the most crucial point of intervention linking weight loss to the onset of Alzheimer's Disease. Based on previous research, we found that APOE4/4 transgenic mice have similar weight loss patterns as human patients. With this upcoming project, we will be analyzing beta amyloid plaques in different organs and body systems with microscopy and assays and comparing these findings with monthly weight data, behavior and gait.
