Proposed Analysis: Urnaveling secrets of the human brain is considered to be one of the most difficult problems in the scientific world. One approach to study problems related to human brain is modelling human brain as a complex network thereby applying network analysis tools. In this project we study functional connectivity of brain networks and our work focus on the following: - • Representation learning of functional brain networks to discover clusters or groups of functional nodes. • Analysis of variations in clusters across different subjects and/or across different tasks(obtained from fMRI) performed by the same subject. • To develop HPC frameworks to realize and implement the algorithms for large scale brain graphs.
