| Proposed Analysis: | We are studying the spreading of lesions in Alzheimer disease through the functional and structural connectomes. We already have promising results for the propagation of atrophy, hypometabolism and amyloid load. We want to evaluate the relevance of our model in predicting also the spread of tau protein but unfortunately do not have any tau PET data. The access to ADNI data would be of great help for our multimodal study. |
