Proposed Analysis:	I'm interested in the potential synergistic effect of APOE4 carrier status and poor peripheral vascular health. Specifically, I'd like to assess for synergy between the E4 allele and poor lipid profile on cognitive decline and brain MRI abnormalities (atrophy, CBF reductions, amyloid, etc.).
