| Proposed Analysis: | I am a high school student researching predictive models for the presence and progression of AD using data from biomarkers of various modalities. Specifically, I would like to work with the Tadpole Training Data, as it contains many of the biomarkers I would like to train my model on. While I am still considering the specifics of my model, I am currently planning to make use of joint mixed-effects models and random forests classifiers, potentially to create a two-layered model. I intend to use biomarkers from multiple domains so as to increase the accuracy of my model, and if possible train my model to make accurate predictions with one baseline measurement of a patient. |
