| Proposed Analysis: | For thesis purpose and future publication of a paper on International journal I along with my classmate and faculty are going to do a thesis on Alzheimer's disease diagnosis using deep convolutional neural network. To perform this work we need fMRI dataset of Alzheimer's patients and healthy brain. The ADNI is a huge and significant resource for fMRI data. Our analysis is focused on training a pre-trained vgg16 model with fMRI dataset which includes various tweaks. |
