Proposed Analysis:	I will be comparing the ADNI data with a brain tissue proteomics dataset that I acquired of AD cases and controls (~200 brain samples). Also I will be using a new statistical method for proteomics analysis and use the ADNI set to see which proteins may indeed be present in CSF.
