| Proposed Analysis: | dear staff:I apply to use the ADNI data for my researching work on cognitive diseases,especially PD and AD. As I am just getting started at this project,I wonder if there are any features I can extract from data as clinical diagnosis of cognitive diseases syndrome, particularly during the initial phase of the disease.My plan will follow these steps: first, find ROI from the registered image ; then, use smoothing and morphological erosion operation to shrink the binary ROI; and calculate the volumes of the large ROIs over the striatum and combind with other feature of ROI, final input these feature into a CNN to train it to discriminate early stage parkinsonian .I have appled for PPMI data before.But I still need some MC data and AD data for compairation with PD.I will be very grateful if you could take my application into consideration. |
