| Proposed Analysis: | I am working on designing a Bayesian methodology on longitudinal data through devising a second order corrected Gaussian process based prior and building an efficient prediction rule for the disease progression of patients. I will be grateful if I can have a real world data set like the ADNI data and see how the prediction on the disease progressions of patients works in that dataset. |
