Proposed Analysis: I am planning to investigate associations between medical conditions or use of medications and longitudinal cognitive decline (appraised by MMSE, ADAS-Cog, and PACC) as well as changes in neuroimaging ([18F]florbetapir PET, [18F]flortaucipir PET, FDG PET, and MRI) and fluid biomarkers (CSF Aβ1-42, p-tau, t-tau, and NfL, as well as plasma NfL and p-tau). In the neuroimaging analyses, I plan to use a voxel-wise linear regression approach. For the cognitive and fluid biomarkers analyses, I plan to use linear mixed-effect models. I am also interested in evaluating how sex and APOEε4 genotype influence the investigated associations which will be investigated by adjustments, stratifications, and interactions involving these variables.
