| Proposed Analysis: | We are set to develop a domain adaptation method w.r.t. frequencies alignment that facilitates automatic segmentation on MR images. The limited availability of annotated MR images for lesion detection restrains us to develop a robust deep learning method, while, from a new perspective, a well alignment of CT/PET and MR images w.r.t. frequency domain can be a promising solution; the ADNI dataset perfectly serves as a example in neuroimaging research. |
