Proposed Analysis:	I am working on multivariate multi-omics analysis in imaging-genetics I would like to reproduce a study we conducted a few months ago on a multiblock analysis using structural MRI data, genetic data and clinical data. I would like to use WGS data (vcf data) instead of genotyping data (DNA chip).
