| Proposed Analysis: | I wish to use the the ADNI1 CN and MCI data, specifically regarding the vital signs and biospecimens to predict the cognitive assessment outcomes. I will use recurrent machine learning algorithms to perform these predictions. If this is successful I will then use this data to form a semester long teaching activity in CBA344 - Research Project in Health and Disease, where I will guide a very small group of students (1-3) through the practical application of machine learning in biomedical research. I will make each student apply to use this data through the official channel. |
