Proposed Analysis: we want to use methods based on deep learning including auto-encoders, GANs and CNNs to classify the Normal, MCI, and Alzheimer subjects. one approach is based on T1, and T2 images prediction. morover, trying to find a link between different genes and brain structure using deep learning methods are also plaaned to be designed and tested.
