| Proposed Analysis: | In this PhD project held at the Univeristy of Groningen (Netherlands), we aim to use ADNI data for deep learning in a generative adversarial approach to perform data augmentation. We will develop Gan models and compare them (e.g. pix2pix, ResGan, RevGan) to translate neurological images to different domains (e.g. from PET to MRI and vice versa). |
