| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to calculate the proportion of patients who who showed *improvement* at the 18-month time-point, compared to baseline, on MMSE/CDR/ADAS-Cog. This is pertinent to a research question about patients who 'revert' from MCI to normal cognitive ability. The studies, including the meta-analyses, done on this question have used variable and poor methodologies for testing cognition.
