| Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in understand trajectories of cognitive decline and associating those with both baseline and longitudinal biomarkers. A key aim is to understand the role of polygenic risk scores in stratifying progression rates and whether these are prognostic and can be controlled for in RCTs. We also plan on integrating imaging data with other measurements within ADNI and outside such as UK biobank to get an estimate of the population variation in these measures and map to genetic variants. |
