Proposed Analysis:	We would like to examine relationships between genetic polymorphisms of the dopamine system and successful preservation of gray matter cortical thickness cross sectionally and longitudinally. Further, we would like to access longitudinal cognitive data to test a role of the dopamine system in cognitive resilience.
