| Proposed Analysis: | I intend to use genomic data (through the ADGC) together with neuropathological data on individuals who have enrolled in autopsy programs and come to autopsy. The purpose of the analyses are to uncover genomic factors influencing neuropathological lesions of AD and AD/RD. We will perform (1) genome-wide meta-analyses between AD/RD lesions and genetic factors, and (2) multi-trait analyses to assess the shared genetic heritability/covariance of AD/RD lesions. This work is supported by the NIH/NIA (R01AG062695), in collaboration with Dr. Tom Montine, Stanford. This work is only on autopsy/neuropathological samples so does not require IRB approval. |
