| Proposed Analysis: | we will investigate the available blood-based biomarker in ADNI datasets such as Aβ1–40 and Aβ1–42. The biomarkers that have an impact value in developing from Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to AD will be identified. Then, we will develop a robust detection model of AD based on machine learning or deep learning algorithms. The results of the proposed study will help in detecting AD in its early stages and could provide new chances for medical doctors to develop a therapy. |
