| Proposed Analysis: | I am a 2nd year PhD student at USC investigating genetics research methodology. Being new to this field, my aim is to review the literature of published data using this cohort, replicate the findings, and begin to develop new methods which address the modeling limitations. this is for a statistical modeling research where it is necessary to compare to the standard previously reported literature as a benchmark, but develop improved modeling techniques that minimize bias. |
