Proposed Analysis: | To classify images as 'Normal' or 'Cognitive Impairment' and 'Normal' or 'Alzheimer's Disease' using Deep Learning Techniques such as Deep Convolutional Neural Networks, Variational Autoencoders and Autoencoders. Before classification of the images, pre-processing will be performed. After the classifier is built, hyperparameter tuning will be performed to optimize the model. Evaluation of the performance of the models built will be compared using the sensitivity, specificity, precision, accuracy, F1 score, AUC. Further, visualizations will be performed using histograms, t-SNE representations of the two classes. |
