Proposed Analysis: | The main problem to solve using this data consists on predicting the number of conversions from either Cognitive Normal (CN) or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) to Alzheimer's Disease (AD) by using MRI scans. To do so, the MRI scans are going to be segmented to find the hippocampi and later on, we are going to develop different Machine Learning models (particularly Deep Learning models) to predict conversions. Once the models work with the hippocampi, we may also extract other regions to conduct a similar experiment. |
