| Proposed Analysis: | Blood and csf biomarkers and specifically their trend in a longitudinal data can allow further refinement of the current available diagnostic methods. Additionally, their combination with the novel neuroimaging techniques may provide some insight into the expected prognosis. By analyzing the mentioned trends in conjunction with the cognitive biomarkers, we hope to provide a little more knowledge for further use in the design of future clinical trials. |
