Principal Investigator
Principal Investigator's Name: Angela Pantebre Pedrosa
Institution: Universitat Pompeu Fabra
Department: Systems Biology
Country:
Proposed Analysis: My name is Angela Pantebre and I am a biomedical engineering student at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. I am doing my Bachelor Thesis this year on Alzheimer’s, I am creating a multi-layer network for clinical and molecular feature relation. My supervisor (Jordi Garcia Ojalvo) gave me his ADNI3 data for me to use however I am finding some problems and questions in relation to missing data from this dataset, MRI and PET scans in particular. That is why I am applying to access the available data if possible. It would be great if I myself could check the server for this issue. Thank you very much in advance.
Additional Investigators
Investigator's Name: Jordi Garcia Ojalvo
Proposed Analysis: Jordi is my supervisor on the Bachelor thesis and a researcher at the Department of Experimental and Health Sciences specifically at the Dynamical Systems Biology lab. He is supervising me on the Multilayer networks for feature relation in ALzheimer's disease for better understanding key drivers, pathways and finding new diagnostic tools and therapeutic targets. Using the ADNI3 data.
Investigator's Name: Pablo Villoslada
Proposed Analysis: Pablo is my supervisor on the Bachelor thesis and a researcher at the Center for Mind, Brain, Computation and Technology at Stanford University. He is supervising me on the Multilayer networks for feature relation in ALzheimer's disease for better understanding key drivers, pathways and finding new diagnostic tools and therapeutic targets. Using the ADNI3 data.
