| Proposed Analysis: | Review of molecular and connectomic factors associated with Alzheimer's disease pathology, including comparison to other neurologic and psychiatric diseases. Molecular factors include receptor populations, gene expression, local oxygen consumption. Connectomic factors include a number of measures including strength, betweenness centrality closeness centrality. Analysis will be undertaken through use of structural MRI and correlation to molecular factors and connectomic factors in the healthy brain. Other data used for this analysis has been gathered after approval by National Health Service Research Ethics Committee London (14/LO/0195). |
