| Proposed Analysis: | Dear Madam/Sir, I completed my Master’s in Biotechnology from KIIT, India, and am currently working as a research intern to study medical imaging data in Alzheimer's and Dementia cohorts to identify clinically relevant biomarkers for disease prognosis and intervention. I am particularly interested in the morphological features and characteristics of the corpus callosum in mild and severe dementia as opposed to similar data in normal patients. My primary aim is to understand the relationship between available transcriptomics data and MRI imaging data of dementia patients. For this, I propose to use the ADNI database in order to obtain MRI scans and brain images of previously phenotyped Alzheimer patients.
