Proposed Analysis:	We have developed a new approach to incorporate multiple phenotypes to test for any genetic interaction effects in GWAS data. Our objective is to apply this method to Alzheimer Disease to discover any potential genetic interactions using measured clinical/cognitive measures as phenotypes.
