| Proposed Analysis: | Computational modeling of the evolution of Alzheimer's Disease with Neural Mass Models. We aim at integrating ADNI Amyloid and tau PET data at regional level. We propose a project that aims to model longitudinal MEG recordings from AD relatives, MCI and AD patients. We will build a virtual version of their brains and model the effects of A-beta and tau pathology on neural activity and communication. Additionally, we will model the temporal evolution of those effects. We remain available for further information. |
