Proposed Analysis: Purpose: Nowadays, Alzheimer’s disease becomes increasingly serious, threatening the physical and mental health of many people. We aim to construct a deep learning model, which can accurately identify the mild cognitive illness patients or Alzheimer’s patients from health people. Methods: We plan to use patients MRI from ADNI and recruit some patients with MCI and health controls. We will use 3 deep learning models to discriminate the three types, and choose the best one for further analysis. The deep learning models will be trained and tested by the dataset. Models’ performance will be evaluated by several performance measures, i.e. sensitivity and accuracy. Sensitivity measures the proportion of true positive correctly identified, whereas specificity refers to the proportion of true negative correctly identified. The accuracy of a classifier represents the overall proportion of correct classifications.
