| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to develop a multimodal machine learning models model that is able to predict degradation of the patient's condition. The final prediction system will be composed of several steps, each of which will be defined by thorough testing. At first we would like to understand how to integrate data imputation into the meachine learning algorithms we want to develop. Secondly, we will develop and compare different data integration techniques (early, intermediate, and late). Finally we will compare different machine learning algorithms. Of note, we will consider only explainable predictors and we will test different algorithm con interpreting the computed predictions. Explainations and interpretations will be analyzed by experts to gain more insights into Alzheimer disease |
