Proposed Analysis: | OCBN and the Ontario Brain Institute (OBI) are developing the Brain-CODE platform and data repository to provide centralized informatics resources supporting electronic capture, integration and analysis of datasets spanning multiple clinical, imaging and molecular modalities. OBI currently supports large-scale research programs in addiction, cerebral palsy, depression, epilepsy, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders. Brain-CODE will enable these datasets and other datasets, including the rich ADNI data, to be aggregated and analyzed using integrative, high-dimensional data mining approaches.
