Proposed Analysis: I am currently enrolled in Neurohackademy (https://neurohackademy.org/). I would like to use T1w MRI and rs-fMRI data from ADNI for a small group project for this coming week. Specifically, I am interested in looking at changes in rs-fMRI networks with age in late-life. I hypothesize that the functional modularity of high-level networks (e.g., DMN and DAN) will be negatively associated with age. Further, modularity within networks will be significantly different between groups, where patients with AD will have lower modularity than controls.
