| Proposed Analysis: | My team is working on a neural network feature interaction interpretation method that can interpret the feature interactions that neural networks learned from data. We are hoping to apply this method to ADNI dataset. Our goal is to first train a neural network that can accurately classify Alzheimer's Disease patients and cognitively normal subjects given brain imaging and genetic features. Then we will use our method to interpret the trained neural network and discover known/unknown biological interactions between brain and genetic features. |
