| Proposed Analysis: | We setup a modified automatic T1-weighted features extraction pipeline and model the normative values of features to generate individual reports. We already setup our local datasets(300 normal and 20 AD subjects) . In order to validate our model, we need to include some cross-section and longitudinal subjects. The final goal for our proposed is using our predicted model to do the early diagnosis for MCI/AD. |
