| Proposed Analysis: | Our goal is to use the structural and functional outcomes from the longitudinal MRI data collected by ADNI to compare to our own collected longitudinal MRI data in subjects with Alzheimer's in order to investigate the impact of our sensory stimulation on these outcomes. Specifically, we are interested in looking at ventricular enlargement, hippocampal volume changes, and changes in default mode network connectivity over time in individuals with diagnosed AD which will be compared to our own data. |
