Proposed Analysis:	We propose to study the microstructural alterations in Alzheimer's disease using DTI and multi-shell diffusion models. We will generate diffusion normative curves for a reference for normals and develop prediction models to classify AD patients from normal controls. This work is part of NIH project 1R44AG076194-01
