Proposed Analysis:	To plan a clinical study, the subset of participants with AD meeting the same criteria as the planned study would be evaluated. Namely, cognitive and functional measurements would be assessed to estimate the rate of decline over time in this population to inform sample size for a future clinical study in Alzheimer's Disease.
