| Proposed Analysis: | My final degree research project focuses on developing explainability techniques for hybrid AI decision support models, understanding hybrid models as those based on multiple data sources, like tabular data and images simultaneously. The main objective is to analyse whether the obtained explanations depend on the type of data, the type of model or the pathology. For that reason, I am selecting various pathologies for creating predictive models that can subsequently be assessed with explainability techniques, expecting results that reveal the most important features or type of data or type of model for predicting diagnosis in each pathology. To accomplish this objective I need access to an image dataset that includes linked clinical data. |
