| Proposed Analysis: | We will process the brain MRI's of healthy patients and those of patients diagnosed with different stages of Alzheimer's and create a network of coupled oscillators, with each oscillator being a pixel of the MRI image. Then we will implement the Fitzhugh-Nagumo model equations, to see if Chimera states occur in either the healthy, or the diagnozed patients, furthermore seek to find the properties of these states. Then we will analyze the differences and compare the healthy and the diagnozed patients results. |
