| Proposed Analysis: | We intend to use the data of from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset to do a machine learning analysis of structural images. Clinically, structural images can more easily be obtained with just clinical scans compared to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), which necessitates specialised scans. To better assist the clinic, machine learning analysis of the structural image would be used to identify the differences between healthy individuals and patients. |
