Proposed Analysis: | A connectome is a map of wiring strengths between different brain regions. Self-Attention in deep learning is an architecture that attempts to mimic such wiring strengths by letting networks learn which parts of an embedding are more strongly connected with each other. We will attempt to combine the two concepts by creating connectome-based attention maps to be used to aid in the diagnosis of Alzheimers disease. |
