Proposed Analysis: | We have recently developed a multimodal imaging connectivity analysis toolbox that makes use of both MRI (volumetric T1, DTI, fMRI) and PET data. Anatomical (volumetric T1), Structural (DTI), Functional (resting-state fMRI, PET) and effective (rs-fMRI) matrices are calculated. Additionally combined matrices (e.g. anatomical+structural; structural+functional;structural+effective) can be easily derived and graph-theory measures are also obtained. We believe that this multimodal/combined approach will provide novel insights into brain organization and brain diseases. Therefore we expect that by using our connectivity toolbox we will contribute with novel information regarding Alzheimer's Disease. |
