| Proposed Analysis: | I am a PhD student at the University of Manchester. My study topic is the role of the complement system in early Alzheimer's Disease. I am in the process of performing a literature review as part of my thesis, with the aim also to generate a thorough review for publication. I am attempting to obtain as much data as I can on complement-related biomarkers analysed in CSF, plasma/serum and brain tissue samples in AD, MCI and healthy individuals. I came across a review paper that references data from the ADNI and I would like to check the information first-hand and see if there is any more data that I can include in my reviews. |
