| Proposed Analysis: | We want to build upon the methods presented in https://arxiv.org/abs/2107.05990 and use diffusion models and 3D convolutional neural networks in order to improve the prediction of Alzheimers Disease from 3D MRI data. For this purpose we will draw from https://arxiv.org/pdf/2103.16559.pdf and use the three dimensional data as a "time" component in order to learn meaningful representations for the data and decrease prediction error. This is part of a Masters Thesis in Statistics, specializing in Deep Self Supervised Learning. |
