Proposed Analysis: We have developed a CE-approved segmentation tool of the human brain, for FDA approval we would like to use the healthy controls of the ADNI dataset to enrich our reference data. We would like to use the MCI/AD patients to develop diagnostic features based on atrophy rates and local atrophy scores to differentiate patients that will convert from MCI to AD within a certain time range.
