| Proposed Analysis: | Improving the parameter estimation procedure in Saboo, Krishnakant, et al. "Reinforcement Learning based Disease Progression Model for Alzheimer’s Disease." Advances in Neural Information Processing Systems 34 (2021): 20903-20915. The goal is to also estimate the uncertainty in the parameters, and take the uncertainty into account in the following reinforcement learning analysis. We plan to combine physics-informed neural networks and Bayesian analysis. |
