Proposed Analysis: | Bottneuro is a Spin-Off company of the university of Basel in Switzerland developing a personalised neuromodulation device. Neuromodulation using personalized transcranial current stimulation is a promising intervention for Alzheimer's Disease. To improve Region of Interest identification based on amyloid PET and MRI data, to improve personalised electric field modelling and to optimise the overall therapy design path, access to these data sets are of great interest. These data will be used for internal education and improvement of the personalised therapy plan design. Currently, Bottneuro is in preparation of an interventional clinical trial in MCI-AD and mild-AD patients using its newly developed device. These data will help the clinical trial design and is expected to improve the intervention. |
