A new dataset from UPENN on hierarchical parcellation of MRI is available in the Download section of the ADNI archive.

The dataset is called ‘UPENN – Hierarchical Parcellation of MRI Using Multi-atlas Labeling Methods [ADNI1]’ , version 2016-06-01, and can be found under Imaging, MR Image Analysis.

Please note that the previous update of this dataset was labeled as `University of Pennsylvania Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) Volumes [ADNI1]`.
