A Longitudinal FreeSurfer dataset from UCSF has been made available from the Download section of the ADNI archive.

The set is named  ‘UCSF – Longitudinal FreeSurfer (FreeSurfer Version 5.1) – All Available Base Image  [ADNIGO,2]’, version 2016-08-01,  and can be found in the MR Image Analysis section.
